I have helped clients get on this list for years!
I believe the list in and of itself is worthless
But the list is helpful for filing complaints with state licensing entities for ethics violations
Besides notifying the licensing agency, also contact the state Attorney General and Governor
You can be kicked off the Federal Do Not Call List
If you change providers
If you change the name on your account (such as spouse to spouse)

Will let you know in 6 months if I think it works
The problem is if XYZ business already purchased your info, they will continue to have it in spite of the credit bureaus removing you
But hopefully this will keep new marketers from getting your info and filling your mail box
