Healthcare "pays" the doctor and hospital, not you
Your basic options are:
Healthcare gov/ACA/Obama Care
STM (Short Term Medical)

Medicare (See other webpages)
The 2009 Affordable Care Act created insurance for people without group insurance or Medicare.

Depending on your income, you may qualify for help paying for your coverage(aka tax credit or subsidy)
More traditional insurance
More affordable

For Employers: offering insurance to attract and retain employees
For Employers: tax benefits
For Employees: your employer pays part of your monthly premium
For Employees: can have better coverage than Healthcare gov
